Kit Kowalski and Edie Wyatt talk about the world of sex and gender from a gender-critical perspective, not just the culture war, but law, policy, activism, feminism and all the nonsense.
Wow... the ABC covered Reem Alsalem's UN Statement?! Impressive.
It would have been more impressive if they had omitted the untruth that #LetWomenSpeak was an "anti-trans" rally; it doesn't even have the word "trans" in it.
If women are "anti-trans", then what are trans?
(anti-women - for those at the back, there).
Thanks, Dolls!
You make me lols.
(...and yeah; male midwives *are* a bit weird... like male-gynos, imo. I'm fine with a male nurse!)
Yeah there's just something a bit ... weird ... about a male midwife. Statistically, you don't see them very often at all (like 1% of midwives, IIRC?) so there's that aspect to it. It is "weird" as in "unusual". No shade out there to the man-mid-wives out there.
Also on the Reem / ABC front. It's interesting to see how they've picked up on it as a wedge to drive through the Liberal Party. I truly wonder if it would have seen the light of day if Moira had been a Green. It's vitally important to keep these different conversational angles going because they'll appeal to different people and move them into a conversation.
